About the role
CBUS has an exciting initial 6-month opportunity for an Insurance & Claims Support Officer to join our Insurance Operations team. The role provides expert insurance and claims administration support for a key initiative across the fund. You will also be responsible for daily reviews, verifying claims data points and maintaining member records within Salesforce (CRM).
The role is not an end-to-end Insurance Claims role, but instead provides administrative support for the function. In addition to data entry, verification, and quality checking, you will be responding to queries via the group mailbox, responding to project queries from internal stakeholders and providing reporting for the Manager, Insurance Compensation. This role would be perfect for someone who wishes to get broader experience on a key member-focused initiative from The Trustee side. The role has the possibility of extension in accordance with business needs.
About you
You will have gained extensive exposure within a superannuation insurance function and have an understanding of the general claims process. You are comfortable with data records and have experience managing and amending multiple files with a high degree of confidentiality. Any experience with Salesforce will be advantageous in this role. You will have demonstrated attention to detail and have strong administrative and clerical skills. You are comfortable working with key stakeholders and answering queries. Your dedication to achieving positive outcomes for customers/members will be key to success.
