Your role will be key in providing efficient and effective coordination to our General Manager of Non-Financial Risk & Chief Compliance Officer. You will proactively support with forward planning, priority management, event management, travel and administrative duties, ensuring deadlines are always met.
Key Responsibilities: Email and Calendar Management: Oversee the General Manager's email and calendar, coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials. Meeting Support: Compile documents for daily meetings. Event Planning: Assist with team event planning and management. Leadership Meetings: Coordinate key leadership meetings, including agenda and presentation preparation. Stakeholder Requests: Handle internal and external stakeholder requests promptly. Correspondence and Knowledge Management: Draft correspondence and manage team intranet and SharePoint sites. Administrative Duties: Process travel and business expenses, review reimbursements, and coordinate payment of accounts. Primary Contact: Serve as the main contact for administrative tasks regarding systems, processes, and reporting. Customer Service: Handle and follow up on internal customer compliments, issues, and complaints. Expense Claims: Review and investigate office equipment claims, ensuring compliance with policies. Database Management: Maintain databases, files, and spreadsheets. What's in it for me?

What do I need?
