You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:Concierge and welcome callsMissed payments and early-intervention collectionsSimple customer service enquiriesSee Yourself in our TeamWe currently have Casual positions available with hours to suit your lifestyle from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 6pm (shift options and details listed below). (dates and times to be confirmed)Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period however are able to be flexible post trainingThroughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
