Your new role
Your new role as an Administrator Officer / Customer Support Officer is an integral position to ensure smooth functionality and promote continuous growth for the company. To be successful in obtaining this role you must have an administrative background and be able to work independently. You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:
Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders. Coordinate meetings and ensure effective information flow. Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally. Address customer queries and provide accurate information. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and order processing. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Prepare and send job quotes to clients. Follow up on quotes and update records accordingly. Generate and distribute regular reports on various business metrics. Analyse data to support decision-making processes. Manage accounts receivable and payable. Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records. What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Administration and/or Customer Service. Ability to pick up new systems quickly. A desire to learn payroll functions or expand on your current skills in this area. Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Positive attitude and friendly persona. What you'll get in return
