Position Purpose
The purpose of this maternity cover contract position is to support the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution business in Australia / New Zealand from a client service perspective.
Key Responsibilities Client servicing
• Oversight of daily Trust price review and distribution, website update
• Review monthly/quarterly/annual deliverables
• Monthly/quarterly/annual Trust and mandate reporting
• Respond to all client and registry queries (by phone and email)
• Monitoring of all client, external and internal service level agreements (SLAs)
• Preparation of internal reporting Client account management Support
• Responsibility for the control register of external client, prospect, consultant, and researcher requests
• Provide CRM support for coordination and set up of client meetings with overseas Investment teams.
• Preparation of presentation materials
• Assist in strategic planning.
• Work closely with regional teams. Unit Registry
• Day to day interaction with SS&C Client Service Team
• Assist with escalation management and trade processing with SS&C and EQT
• Monitor and review unit registry process to ensure client service levels and SLAs are met.
• Support the Product and Compliance function with unit registry information as required. Client related compliance support
• AML/KYC for mandate clients
• AML/KYC for Lux Trust clients, where required.
• Salesforce input (KYC related and Client Case related)
• Service provider (EQT/BP2S) compliance support. Specific Qualifications Required Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business At least three years' experience at an Asset Manager / Financial Services firm or client facing role. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
