Looking for a passionate Accounts Receivable Officer to join an expanding Gold Coast organisation.
Your new companyBeing locally based on the Gold Coast, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a well-established, multi-faceted, family-owned organisation. Due to consistently increasing their market presence and growth, our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their dedicated, collaborative team.
Your new role Professional customer service and communication, particularly when dealing with key stakeholders, customers, co-workers and the general public. Prepare, review and disburse invoices. Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to general ledgers and other records. Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc. Sort and file documents after posting. Prepare bank deposits and perform related banking. Assist with monthly reporting and analysis and maintain and update client accounts. Maintain office files, accounts records and a variety of other records. What you'll need to succeed End-to-end Accounts Receivable within a multi-business Accounts Receivable function. Be able to confidently talk through Accounts Receivable processes & procedures. Understanding of general accounting within Accounts Receivable. Ability to build positive relationships in the workplace. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and enjoys a challenge. Time management. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
