In this role, you'll mentor and coach key digger/shovel operators, enhancing their skills to meet daily and monthly targets and boosting overall business efficiency.
About the role
Ensure all project personnel operate safely and comply with all relevant acts, regulations, laws and client rules within the Indonesian mining industry.
Provide accurate reporting and communication to the L&H Production management on project performance.
Identify and minimise risks within the L&H Production.
Supervise projects and programs that enhance safety, environment, production and efficiency.
About you
Proven experience with statutory mining and Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
Skilled in managing and administering budgets within a mining company.
Demonstrated ability to set tasks, allocate resources, and schedule work plans effectively.
