Role Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Deeside
Contract Type: Permanent; Part-time 55% (20.35 hours per week)

Here at Coleg Cambria we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who takes pride in delivering quality work to undertake a varied role within HR. You will support the coordination and administration of the HR health programmes such as health surveillance, Occupational Health clinics and vaccination initiatives.
The successful candidate may also provide administrative support throughout the whole employee lifecycle including supporting the full recruitment and onboarding process.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as they will be responsible for processing HR related initiatives such as coordinating the Health Surveillance & vaccination clinics. In quieter periods you may also be asked to support with the documentation for contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions including updating of relevant systems and letters to staff. The HR administrator will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of both verbal and written communication at all times.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent relevant L3 qualification NVQ Level 2 Customer Service Level 2 Digital Literacy or is willing to work towards Proven experience of managing assigned workload in a busy administration/business environment Proven experience of dealing with and liaising with internal and external customers Experience of working with confidential information Demonstrate a good level of IT competence. Must be able to navigate the Internet and Intranets as well as being willing to learn how to use new IT packages and systems Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on multiple activities Takes personal responsibility for delivering quality work. Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
