About the Opportunity Join our growing Star of the Sea Kindergarten & OSHC team based in Merrimac .
We are looking for Early childhood Educators to work on a casual basis and harness work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities: Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.
Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.
Participate in professional and personal development.
You will be pivotal in developing our children's lifelong love of learning.
Can build a strong rapport with our families, educators, and community.
Job Requirements: An ACECQA approved school age qualification.
A range of study areas may be recognised including: behavioural science, community services, creative arts, education, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, sports and recreation, and human welfare studies.
Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.
