Guardian Childcare & Education Point Cook West is bursting with incredible resources in both the indoor and outdoor environments. In addition to light-filled indoor spaces, there are three large outdoor areas for each age group.
Our day care centre is rated 'Exceeding!' What does that mean? Every six months, our Centres are assessed by ACECQA, the national body with the responsibility for monitoring the quality of all registered childcare centres in Australia. A rating of Exceeding National Quality Standard means that you can be assured that this Centre is providing an exceptional level of care and attention for your child.
Our long day care centre in Point Cook is conveniently situated in Gramercy Boulevardand best for families living in and near the surrounding suburbs of Hoppers Crossing, Truganina, Werribee and Seabrook.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community. Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice. Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development. Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum. Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment. To be considered, you will have: A completed Certificate III or working towards it. Can work full time (even after term break) Prior experience in long day-care (desirable) Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF Current Working with Children's Check.
