15th November, 2024Permanent Part-Time Educator (Children's Services Employee) -St Luke's Outside School Hours Care, Capalaba Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating positive experiences for children? St Luke's Outside School Hours Care is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Educator to join our team. We provide quality before school care, after school care, and vacation care programs for up to 75 children in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment.
About the Role As an Educator at St Luke's OSHC, you will play a key role in supporting primary school-aged children to thrive, learn, and grow through engaging recreational and educational experiences. This is a permanent, part-time role of approx. 12 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with children to design and implement fun, enriching activities that promote their well-being and development.Foster a nurturing, secure, and inclusive environment for all children.Work as part of a supportive team to ensure excellent outcomes for children and families.Engage in professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.Build strong connections within the local community in alignment with Catholic Early EdCare's philosophy and values.Step into a leadership role as the Responsible Person in the absence of the coordinator.About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
