This is a full-time remote field sales position for candidates located in Perth, Australia. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers in person, virtually, through e-mail and by phone Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales processMeet sales goals on a consistent basisHelp to design and implement new and creative sales strategiesProvide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customersGather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offeringsProspecting calls to communicate IXL's value proposition to new usersIdentify growth opportunitiesConduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technologyWork closely with the Educational Sales Consultant LeadTravel as needed to customer sitesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Classroom experience and/or a related educational field preferredPrevious EdTech or Educational sales experience a plusAbility to apply energy and creativity to meet sales goalsA high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeedDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectivelyExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with Web-based technologiesAptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlinesExcellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skillsPassion for bringing technology into the classroomABOUT IXL LEARNING IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
