Your Opportunity: Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum. Support educators in delivering an exceptional educational program. Assess children's learning and development. Set clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice. Contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan. Your Skills & Experience: Diploma and/or Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA. Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework. Previous experience working in the Educational Leader role. Valid Working with Children's Check.
