Key Responsibilities: Lead with Purpose: Inspire, motivate, and lead a talented team to develop a high-quality curriculum that challenges, engages, and prepares students for success.Innovation at Its Best: Incorporate the latest industry technologies, practices, and tools into the training programs, ensuring the curriculum is always at the forefront of the trade industry.Build Lasting Partnerships: Forge strong connections with industry experts, business partners, and key stakeholders to enhance program impact and ensure we are meeting the evolving needs of the sector.Continuous Improvement: Oversee the ongoing development of training resources, ensuring they are relevant, up-to-date, and equipped to meet the demands of a rapidly changing trade environment.Safe and State-of-the-Art Facilities: Equip training spaces with the latest tools and technology to foster a safe, productive, and hands-on learning environment for students.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:You are a dynamic, visionary leader with a deep understanding of trade education.
You're someone who is passionate about creating high-quality learning experiences and fostering an inclusive, innovative, and safe educational environment.Academic and trade qualifications combined with teaching and vocational experience in the Plumbing and/or Electrical field.A teaching qualification at Australian Qualifications Framework Level 6 or above that includes supervised teaching practice, studies in adult teaching methodology in a vocational education environment or equivalent, and studies in applied research (linked to the Boyer Framework) OR currently working towards successfully completing.Current Australian Drivers Licence.Your values align to ours - Integrity + Respect, Community + Collaboration, and Creativity + Innovation.ABOUT USWodonga TAFE provides quality education and training across Australia.
