• Work alongside educators to observe, review, and improve educational programs• Develop educator team's understanding of child development and early years content knowledge• Support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework• Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence
Requirements
• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards• Current VIC Working with Children Check• Previous experience leading change in education is preferred
