The Opportunity: Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum in collaboration with Educators to maximize each child's development and learning.Support Educators to ensure every child participates in the educational program.Assist Educators in assessing each child's learning and development.Establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators.Contribute to the development, ongoing implementation, and review of the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan.To be Considered, You Will Have: Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.Strong experience as an Educational Leader and a willingness to work on the floor.Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration/WWCC Employee Card.Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.Apply Now!
