As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
About Goodstart Proserpine Goodstart Early Learning Proserpine is conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre, near local businesses, schools, and the hospital.
It caters to children from six weeks to school age, welcoming all new families to be part of our inclusive centre.
Diverse team of educators, including two degree-qualified Early Childhood Teachers delivering the Queensland Government-approved Kindergarten program.
Rooms from Nursery to Kindergarten are set up according to the Early Years Learning Framework, offering sensory and play-based learning environments.
Colourful, stimulating indoor environments help children grow and prepare for school readiness through play-based activities.
Outdoor playgrounds feature a balance of natural and manmade elements, promoting environmental understanding and creative play.
Open communication with families is achieved through our Story Park platform, providing clear and consistent updates on children's milestones and achievements.
Strong focus on community engagement through excursions, visits, and participation in local events, fostering children's sense of belonging and contribution.
