The Opportunity:
As an Educational Leader at Explorers Surrey Hills Elgar Road, you'll be part of our "off-the-floor" Centre Leadership Team, leveraging your extensive experience in curriculum programming and your proven ability to provide excellent support and mentorship to Educators in every room.
In your role, you will:
Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and Director-in-Training to implement our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.Provide support and mentorship to Educators.Develop exceptional learning environments.Comply with regulations and company values.Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress.Champion child safety and positive learning outcomes for every child under our care.By joining our team, you become an integral part of a community that values and celebrates the wonder of early childhood. Conveniently located off Elgar Road and just a short drive from the main street, you'll find our beautiful early learning Centre. Our Centre is purpose-built over two storeys with nine rooms, beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas, interactive learning spaces, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and a central piazza for collaboration with children from across the Centre.

You will have: Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.A passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety.Demonstrated ability to create and implement a quality education program.A sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education.Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.First Aid Training.Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training.Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting.Australian working rights – Visa/Passport.About Explorers:
