As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
About Goodstart Dubbo - Baird Drive:
Goodstart Dubbo - Baird Drive is located in West Dubbo, close to local primary schools and a shopping complex. The centre offers convenient parking facilities and is also easily accessible via the local bus route.
Our service caters for children aged from six weeks to five years. The facility was purpose-built and features a fully-operational kitchen, allowing our chef to prepare nutritionally balanced meals for the children. All of our educators are fully qualified and have varied interests, talents and skills, which allows us to provide a broad educational experience to the children at our centre.

You'll need:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
