Insight Early Learning is dedicated to leading innovation in early childhood education, focusing on preparing children for lifelong learning through a holistic, play-based approach. Located near Darwin Airport, we provide a premium long daycare program for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Our philosophy views children as capable, confident, and active learners, supported by our passionate team. We've recently expanded with two new classrooms and a playground featuring a real airplane. We also offer a pre-school drop-off and pick-up service. As an Educational Leader, you'll be a key member of our leadership team alongside the Centre Director and Assistant Director. This role offers an experienced Room Leader a chance to advance their career, or provides a current Educational Leader an opportunity to further develop while mentoring our team of Educators and Trainees.

Qualifications: ECT or Diploma in Early Childhood EducationCurrent Working with Children Check clearanceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious experience in an Educational Leader role or a willingness to learnStrong knowledge of EYLF and NQSFriendly and energetic personalityPassion for high-quality education and support for childrenCommitment to building and maintaining partnerships with families and communitiesAbility to model best practices in programming, compliance, and relationships with childrenExperience with Xplor or similar systems is advantageous but not essential This role offers a great opportunity to advance your career in a quality service known for its commitment to families and the community.
