Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Mentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences Promote a holistic approach to education, incorporating health, fitness, culture, music, language, cooking, and outdoor activities Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity Provide constructive feedback to educators to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive change Collaborate with families to ensure each child's learning journey is supported and enriched Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in early childhood education, leading the team in innovative practices What we are looking for: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively studying towards one. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate, or willingness to obtain before you start. Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain. Current Blue Card. Demonstrated passion for nurturing the next generation of learners Experience in leading curriculum development with a focus on play-based learning and holistic education Strong written communication and literacy skills, with the ability to document and communicate educational progress effectively An ability to provide feedback that fosters professional growth and a positive team culture High-level time management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset, committed to working as part of a community of learners About Edge Early Learning:
