About The RoleAs an Educational Leader, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive outcomes for children and families. Your leadership will be key in building the capacity of our educators by inspiring, motivating, and extending their practice knowledge and professional development!
Permanent full time 38 hours per week Monday - Friday.Proven experience in educational leadership.Strong ability to inspire and motivate educators.Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.Inspire and motivate educators to achieve excellence in their teaching practices.Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.QualificationsDiploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher qualification.Current Working With Childrens Check.Randstad Education is committed to the safety of children and we have a zero tolerance approach to all forms of child abuse or neglect.
