Through reflection and review you will identify the teams individual and collective strengths to create stimulating and inclusive learning opportunities for our children's inquisitive young minds to take flight.
Sparrow Early Learning Coolum boasts a free flow indoor/outdoor program with an amazing outdoor play space. Our team is made up of many long term and passionate educators. What you'll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Proven knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Childhood Development and Play-based Child-drive Pedagogy Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate with clear vision. Experience with mentoring & collaborating with a diverse team Current Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
