This ideal drives Whiz Kidz each and every day.Key responsibilities include:Lead reflective discussions about practice and implementing the learning frameworkMentor other educators by leading quality practiceDiscuss routines and how to make them more effective learning experiencesObserve children and educator interactions, and make suggestions on how to improve interactions and intentional teachingDevelop, plan and implement quality educational programsBe innovative and motivated to lead a centre to become the centre of choice for families within the local communityMonitor and document children's progress & individual children's portfoliosHave a strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education and care standards of excellenceDevelop open communication channels with staff, children and families of the centreContribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, & working as a team playerComply with the centre's policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulationsAssist children with their daily routines & support them in their learningCreate a stimulating environment to foster & support children's developmentIt is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours a week Monday - Friday.
