Our office is based in Macquarie Park and easily accessible by public transport.About the RoleThe Education Technology Lead is responsible for the application of technology and learning design within the instructional content of adult professional development courses and instructional programs for students.The Education Technology Lead will advance the quality and impact of MultiLit's professional development courses. MultiLit offers a range of courses in the format of self-paced and facilitated workshops which incorporate digital learning interactives, animations and explainer videos. Our professional development courses are aligned to our highly regarded education programs. In addition, the role also supports our higher education initiative offered by the Academy for the Science of Instruction. MultiLit professional development courses equip educators to deliver MultiLit programs as designed and to realise the intended student outcomes embedded in our programs.MultiLit programs offer teachers a comprehensive set of evidence-based teaching resources. This role will enable the digitisation of instructional resources to be used by students alongside existing learning resources.MultiLit's instructional methodology is systematic and explicit, and this approach is central to the design of both student learning resources and adult professional development courses. This role is responsible for the creation of digital assets and the selection of technology solutions that align with this principle.This role leads learning technology initiatives across our organisation and will work closely with the in-house Design Team. The role will also ensure MultiLit stays abreast of trends and innovations in the field of learning design. The Educational Technology Lead manages a small team of Learning Designers.
