Make a Difference - Education Support Trainee Do you want to make a positive impact in the lives of young students?
We're looking for a dedicated person to join our team as an Education Support Trainee at a secondary school in Preston.
In this role, you'll work closely with students and teachers to provide care, help and support in the classroom.
Main responsibilities include: Helping teachers with planning student routines Talking with students to support understanding tasks Addressing immediate behavioural needs of students Providing basic supervision for small groups of students To excel in this role, you'll need: Working with Children Check Great communication and people skills Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm under pressure The capability to provide physical and emotional support to students Willingness to complete a Cert III in Education Support In return, we offer: A supportive work environment focused on your professional growth Mentoring from our experienced and friendly team A pathway to build a career in education support This is a 12 month paid traineeship starting as soon as possible.
