As the first point of contact for traineeswithin their region, the successful candidate will be responsible forbuilding relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.There is a strong coordination element – in that this role isresponsible for organising activities and events, as well as monitoring theprogression of DUTIES Act as the first point of contact, providing information to members,trainees and key stakeholders across NSW and ACT. Monitor trainee progression and compliance, ensuring they are on trackand aligning with training requirements.Work closely with the internal committees- organisation of quarterlymeetings, agendas and minutes.Ensuring accurate records for trainees are maintained within thedatabase.Organisation and execution of key events including internal meetings,examinations, and training events. ABOUT YOU Exceptional attention to detail and time management ability to digest information analytically and thinkobjectively.Strong rapport building skills with internal and externalstakeholders.Experience in project administration – managing timelines andmultiple priorities.Passion for the medical/education space (previous experience within amedical/health/education/non-profit/membership space will be highlyregarded).
