Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Student Learning: Assist teachers with planning and implementing educational programs, providing individualized support to students as needed.Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure seamless support for students.Student Wellbeing: Provide basic physical care and wellbeing support for students, including toileting, meals, and lifting, as required.Behavioural Support: Address immediate behavioural presentations in a classroom setting, aligned with school policy and procedure.Supervision and Coordination: Provide basic support and supervision for individuals or groups of up to 4 students within a classroom setting, and support teachers with the coordination of educational programs.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will possess:
