The role aims to uplift ESA's security and ICT operational documentation, working with internal product owners, ICT, development, and security teams.
This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), key focuses will be to:
Undertake high-level business requirements analysis to inform strategic approaches to security and ICT operational documentation design, development, and ongoing maintenance Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of organization and project-level security and ICT operational documentation Apply detailed analysis techniques to formulate integrated documentation solutions Design new or update existing high-quality security and ICT operational documentation to meet existing and ongoing organizational information security, ICT operational, and risk guidance and standards Interact with external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors as necessary to meet requirements for delivering the security and ICT operational documentation work program About You Experience developing and maintaining policy and procedure level documents for security and ICT operational purposes to meet:ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) Proven ability to identify business requirements and produce high-quality security and ICT operational documentation from frameworks and policies through to technical procedures and processes Proven business analysis and analytical thinking skills Experience working with multiple projects that have a high level of complexity in a collaborative environment Broad understanding of:Information security requirements for online applications, ICT operations, and networks both on-premises and cloud ICT operational processes both on-premises and cloud High-level organisational and communication skills Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems, or Computer Science Highly Desirable Experience in contributing to business analysis services that support a range of security and ICT operational methodologies, including the following frameworks and standards:Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) Essential Eight Maturity Model OWASP Top 10 ISO 31000 Risk Management What ESA Offers At ESA, we want everyone to succeed, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, sexuality, physical ability, or age.
