This role is part of the Digital Services portfolio, which manages the design, delivery and promotion of a suite of online products, services and projects.

Product development, ensuring content, resources, and functionality for the product are managed, and successful relationships with stakeholders are key to the success of the role.
Develop, evolve and implement the product roadmap and content strategy ensuring stakeholder and user needs are met and measurable benefits are achieved Champion a clear product vision keeping teams and stakeholders engaged and informed across all aspects of Product Delivery and Lifecycle Management. Develop a deep understanding of our users and stakeholders, their problems and needs through research, data analysis, focus groups and collaboration. Ensure content is relevant, up to date and accurate either as developed internally or through contractors and partners. Work closely with Marketing and Communications to promote the use of myfuture, aiming to increase engagement, usage and value for users. About you Experience overseeing all elements of a digital product development lifecycle. Ability to understand complex product areas and determine long term directions. Experience in developing and implementing content into products. Demonstrated research skills, including information discovery and analysis using a range of sources. High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to talk to stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills. Tertiary qualifications in Career Services, Communications, Marketing, Business or a related area.
