One temporary full-time AO6 Senior Policy Officer position is available in Governance, Strategy and Planning, Strategy and Performance Branch to mature departmental approaches to human rights and customer complaints management to support schools, regions, and divisions.

One exciting role is available with the following focus:
Maturing departmental approaches to human rights and customer complaints management. Support development of tailored complaints and human rights resources and training to build capability in frontline and corporate areas. Provide support, advice, and training to business areas. Support collaboration with other business areas to drive continuous improvement in complaints management and reporting. Required Attributes: The ability to research and analyse issues, communicate complex information in clear and user-friendly products, and make informed recommendations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills and a commitment to customer service. High-level writing and communication skills.
