About this role:We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to join us in our new Sydney Offices as an Educational Sales Consultant.
As an Education Sales Consultant (known internally as an Educational Consultant), you will be responsible for driving new business and fostering relationships with schools and educational institutions in your assigned regions.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working alongside our experienced sales teams with an Education Advisor, you will present Renaissance's solutions in a way that resonates with educators and administrators.
This role is critical to expanding our market presence and achieving growth targets, while ensuring a consultative, educator-first approach.
Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new opportunities within the education sector, focusing on schools and educational institutions in your assigned regions.Build and nurture relationships with school administrators, educators, and other key decision-makers.Leverage your EdTech sales experience to better understand the unique needs of schools and educators, tailoring Renaissance solutions to meet those needs.Effectively communicate the educational benefits of Renaissance's products, demonstrating how they improve learning outcomes and support teachers in the classroom.Attend tradeshows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to represent Renaissance, build networks, and gain insights into the evolving needs of the education sector.Speak at events, webinars, and other educational forums to showcase Renaissance solutions and expertise.Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and implement strategies to drive growth in your region.Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver exceptional support and service to schools and institutes.Maintain an active engagement pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.Regularly report on engagement progress, pipeline health, and market insights to the Head of Sales.Skills and Experience Required:Experience in EdTech sales with a solid background in education.Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, with a strong aptitude for using CRM systems.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships within the education sector.A team player who can work effectively with colleagues across multiple departments.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Information:We offer a base salary of up to $96,000.00 depending on experience, plus a great OTE annually up to $64,000 in commission.
This role is hybrid based in our new offices in Darling Harbour, with all hybrid employees attending the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
