Our client is a leading not-for-profit care provider operating across New South Wales, ACT, and Western Australia, delivering essential services to thousands.
The role: As a leader in this role, you will:

Drive innovation and promote a high standard of care. Lead the design and delivery of clinical education programs. Inspire a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. This is a full-time position , Monday to Friday, offering a chance to shape best practice clinical care.
Key Requirements:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate nursing experience AHPRA registration required Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and develop educational programs Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience in delivering training aligned with these standards Benefits:
