Principal Project Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation - Office of the ADG, Capability Applications are invited for the temporary vacancy of an AO7 Principal Project Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation) to support the design and implementation of robust monitoring, evaluation and research-based activities for the Education Futures Institute.

About the Role:
The Capability branch is located in the Schools and Student Support Division.
The Capability branch is committed to a thriving and capable workforce equipped with the skills and confidence to support every student to realise their potential.
A key part of the Capability branch is the Education Futures Institute (EFI) that delivers high-quality, evidence-informed and equitable capability development for a diverse workforce across key career stages.

The EFI provides customised and co-designed professional learning programs to meet the needs of staff located in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote locations across the state.
The EFI empowers staff to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to excel in their role.

As Principal Project Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation), you will:
Support the design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation program for the Education Futures Institute Lead key monitoring, evaluation and research activities across the EFI and the expansive suite of flagship, priority and statewide capability development programs Build strong partnerships and collaborative approaches through providing monitoring and evaluation expertise and support in line with departmental requirements and strategic priorities Conduct research, monitoring, evaluation and reporting to inform and enhance the impact of evidence-based professional learning.
This temporary vacancy is available until 30 June 2025 unless otherwise determined.

This role will report to the Director, Governance & Implementation, Capability.
