With GOTAFE by your side, YOU'VE GOT THIS. Job details As the Education Planning Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating and implementing course planning and training strategies that align with GOTAFE's strategic objectives.
You'll work across departments to develop innovative training products, enhance course quality, and ensure that GOTAFE's educational offerings remain responsive to industry needs and regulatory standards.

As the successful candidate you will have: A Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Business, or a related field, with extensive experience in vocational education and training or a similar environment.Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines and strategic goals.In-depth understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards in education, particularly within the VET sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.A demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide insights that drive improvements in course design, delivery, and product development.Experience in developing innovative training products and conducting viability assessments for new initiatives.Requirements: A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $108,038-$117,689 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
