ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Education Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and delegating tasks to the team to deliver operational outcomes including; Teacher Performance, timetabling, resource allocation, teacher loads and student progress.
Leading the design, development, delivery and evaluation of innovative, customised, high quality vocational education and training responses for identified students and clients.
Ensuring high quality and current resources, teaching materials and assessments are used in teaching and learning activities meeting all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirements.
Implementing methods and strategies to support learners including mentoring and work preparation programs, study skills support, alternative delivery and assessment methodologies, and communication strategies.
Understanding market and industry needs and developing responsive, innovative educational solutions for learners, including fee for service clients.
Maintaining a respectful, and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
ABOUT YOUYou will bring the following qualifications, skills and experience with you:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015
Adult Teaching qualification at AQF 6 level or higher
Vocational qualifications relevant to or above the level required and industry currency
Registration with professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
In addition to this you will enjoy working collaboratively within a diverse team, be highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.ABOUT US
