ABOUT THE ROLE Lead a team to create engaging, innovative blended learning materials that align with industry practices and address diverse student needs. Wodonga TAFE seeks a forward-thinking Educational Leader in Educational Design and Technologies (EDT) to assist in the development of a comprehensive learning resources framework. Collaborating with the Manager of Quality Learning and Teaching, you will oversee the Educational Design and Technologies Team and the Defence Instructional Design team. Your role involves managing the allocation of resources to ensure timely and high-quality development of educational materials for Wodonga TAFE and the Victorian TAFE network. Selected Duties: Provide educational leadership to their team including the management of staff, building, and maintaining a positive workplace culture and high-quality resource development. Manage the educational and business activities and services of a large and complex organisational unit or units. Play a significant role with senior representatives of associated client groups and other key stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU Skills & Experience An academic or trade qualification in the field of instructional design. Demonstrated work experience including: a teaching qualification at AQF6 or above that includes supervised teaching practice, studies in adult teaching methodology in a Vocational Education environment or equivalent, and studies in Applied Research (linked to the Boyer Framework of scholarship). 5 years teaching experience. 2 or more years vocational experience.
