Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include: 
Provide high level leadership and management to the NMPD Administrative team, including performance reviews, mentoring, up-skilling, and auditing.Provide governance and support around the development of Procedural Governance documents and applying education resource development principles.Manage all aspects of the Education Tool and Requisite Education Framework (REF) procedures from creation to final approval. This includes providing correct templates and forms for completion i.e., ERIAF, SC-LOL Education Tool Request Form, Review Table. Provide induction on the Education Tool process to new NMPDT staff.Ensure compliance to educational governance requirements from NMPD Team.Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $127 235 p.a., comprising salary rates: $51.69 - $56.24 p.h.employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (temporary position available for six to twelve months, 38 hrs p.f.).
