Clifton State High School is looking for a strategic and passionate Instructional Leader to join the team for 2025 starting in Term 1, with a possibility of extension for the remainder of the year. In the role of Deputy Principal, the successful applicant will assist the principal in leading the school-wide improvement agendas, in accordance with the state schooling strategy of Equity and Excellence.

About the Role: Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. Deputise for the Principal when required. Work collaboratively within the Senior Leadership Team. Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development. About You: Must have: experience in leading staff in the areas of:
Inclusion and supporting students with disabilities Junior Secondary Nice to have:
