Position Overview: As the Education Development Officer, you will provide support to the Education Development team and its activities.
Contributing to a high performing team, and reporting to the Education Development Coordinator, you will support the Education Development team to develop and deliver educational programs including online education, virtual workshops, and face-to-face training.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working within a small team, with lots of opportunities to work autonomously, whilst working on projects that make a real difference to rural and remote doctors and their communities.
Specific role responsibilities: Provides effective and efficient administrative support to the Education Development team.Maintains efficient processes and systems to support projects including effective and accurate document control and record keeping.Assists the Education Development Coordinator to monitor the project work schedule.Coordinates online enrollments, participant communication, and reporting.Responds and tracks first level support requests.Maintains relationships with clinical educators, medical educators, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent clinical input.Contributes to the running of educational events, such as virtual workshops and face-to-face workshops.Manages enquiries to ensure member/non-member needs are met.Reports on workstreams to the Education Development Coordinator and reports any issues.Prepares and tracks statements of work and invoicing, reporting any inconsistencies to the Education Development Coordinator.Supports CRM database management.Required: Relevant experience as a Project Officer in a relevant industry or application.Highly Desirable: Knowledge of Project Management principles.Education development and delivery project experience for health services organisation.This role is part of an expansion for the Education Development team, with an expanded program of works for the team.
It is a permanent full-time role, with hybrid working from home benefits.
