We are currently seeking a committed Quality and Education Specialist (QES) to join our Corporate Team, reporting to the Group Quality & Compliance Manager.
As a member of the Corporate Operations team, you will work closely with the Quality & Education Coordinators (QEC) located in every facility to review and evaluate care and services delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve a high standard of care and service delivery to our residents. The scope of the role is broad and varied and you will participate in corporate quality and change projects.
You will be supported by a dynamic local and corporate leadership team and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role and further develop your skills. Moran offers a rewarding work environment with modern facilities and equipment.

About the Role A broad and varied autonomous role, member of Corporate Operations TeamOversee the internal audit program in 5 facilitiesManage education program, developing resources and at times delivering education.Support Provider Accreditation (currently 100% compliant in all homes)Liaise with external suppliers to provide ongoing educationContribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance outcomes for residentsParticipate in corporate lead projectsShare expertise and knowledge to influence better outcomesAbout You Registered Nurse with relevant registration and experience (not less than 3 years)A leader who can influence others to achieve planned outcomesSolution driven by nature with a constant focus on continuous improvementStrong analytical and problem solving skillsPassionate about education and developing people (Certificate IV in Workplace Training is essential)Well-developed clinical knowledgeExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong computer literacy and systems knowledge, must be excel confidentCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Moran Health Care Group employee benefits: Enterprise Agreement conditionsCompetitive salary packageLocal community workplace environmentStaff recognition rewardsExternal Training and development opportunities including Infection prevention post graduate qualificationOn-site parking is availableThis role offers progression pathways and you will be trained and mentored to succeed.
