Key Responsibilities: Providing personalized advice to students regarding further education opportunities, skills development, and potential career paths within their chosen industry. Helping international students integrate into the local education system and community by organizing orientation programs, providing information on Australian cultural norms, and offering ongoing support. Identifying and predicting the current and future needs within the educational system and advising on the board to plan, develop, and modify facilities and vocational training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and government regulations.
Support the accreditation and renewal processes. Providing guidance and support such as organizing workshops and conferences to teaching staff on best practices in vocational education, including curriculum updates, teaching methodologies, and assessment techniques. Overseeing and monitoring student progress, providing interventions or additional support where necessary, including liaising with external services or programs. Observing and monitoring classroom activities to evaluate teachers' performance and student engagement, offering feedback and suggesting enhancements to teaching strategies. Serving as a liaison between the college, students, external educational bodies, government officials, and internship partners within the region, facilitating effective communication regarding facilities, policies, regulations, educational initiatives, and internship practices to ensure high standards and continuous development in education. Staying updated on the latest regulatory changes in the education sector and advising on their implementation in school practices and policies. Selection Criteria: Master's degree or higher. Over five years of experience in educational institutions, specializing in vocational and technology training, curriculum design, textbook development, and course optimization to enhance learning outcomes and instructional quality. Proven expertise in developing educational resources for training programs and language studies for both local and international students. Skills in delivering a wide range of professional services, including in-service presentations, adaptive technology training, and advising on the use of educational resources. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively navigate and contribute to a school environment. Deep passion for education and dedicated commitment to enhancing educational quality and student well-being.
