We are currently seeking applications for an Education Administrator to join the Student Experience Team, This role provides administrative support that ensure that students have a meaningful experience at UTS College, in facilitating the completion of their studies as well as contributing to the richness of their overall time at the College.
As an Education Administrator, you will engage with the entire Student Services, as well as providing support to Academic and non-Academic staff, external stakeholders and students.
Some of the responsibilities of the role are: Provide administrative support to the Student Support Department as needed Support communication with other UTS College departments, UTS College students and UTS Support the administration needs of Student Experience events - including Welcome Week, graduations, transfer sessions, prize giving, Student Advisory Group end of year meeting and other events as necessary Support the administration process for department meetings, including meeting schedules, minutes, and collating feedback. Customer Service is of a consistently high standard and all customers, external and internal, are responded to in accordance with the Student Support Services Customer Service framework. We are looking for people with: Alignment with the College's Codes of ethics and conduct, and demonstrates through behaviours. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive cultural environment Strong planning, and time management with a high level of attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to proactively seeking efficiencies and showcasing adaptability and openness to change for continuous improvement. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Key Selection Criteria: Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher tertiary qualifications Experience in administration, preferably in a post-secondary environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Time management and meeting scheduling experience. A successful track record in mapping, developing and improving processes. Significant experience working in a service-centric role and evidence of excellence in service delivery An intermediate /advanced level of expertise in Microsoft office, information management and digital systems, with exposure to Learning Management Systems highly regarded.
