Education Accountant (18-Month Parental Leave Cover)

As the Education Accountant, you will promote the growth and spiritual development of the Finance Ministry for Education.
You will assist the Assistant Chief Financial Officer in managing day-to-day financial operations.
Qualifications: A degree in business or accounting, or equivalent tertiary qualification and/or experience.Must be a practising, baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission and values.Completed or working towards CPA/CA qualification.Core Competencies: Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices.Familiarity with the preparation and presentation of financial reports.Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Micropay, SUN, MAZE).Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well-organised and able to meet deadlines.Proactive in identifying and resolving workflow challenges.Desirable: Experience in payroll processes.Experience in ERP systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
