Key Responsibilities:Manage the editing team and writersEnsure published content meets company style guidelinesEdit, proofread, and write/re-write text to meet publishing standardsNegotiate contract terms with writersCoordinate research and product conversionsDevelop new products with the education content managerManage production budgets and timelinesSupport marketing and sales teamsMinimum Requirements:A background in educationBachelor's degree in a relevant field5+ years' experience as a senior editor or higher with people management experienceExperience publishing in digital environmentsPassion for improvement and innovation in educationOutstanding attention to detail and accuracyUnderstanding of industry and ethical guidelinesEstimated Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year + annual bonus
