What You'll Do: Provide expert clinical care in a busy Emergency Department. Lead and mentor junior medical staff in a collaborative team. Work alongside senior consultants on complex emergency cases. Contribute to clinical governance, quality initiatives, and ED protocols. Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties with flexible rostering. What We're Looking For: General Registration or current limited registration. Previous ED Registrar experience (or similar), with leadership experience. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care. Focus on clinical excellence, safety, and quality improvement.
