Offering $165 p/hr + super Well supported ED department Travel and accommodation provided The Opportunity Wagga Base Hospital provides a 24-hour accident and emergency and is a 325-bed referral hospital.
The ED has 16 acute beds and 3 resus beds, and is staffed as below.
Support is provided by 24hr consultant, registrars, RMOs and nursing staff and FACEM shifts are split between 'in charge' and 'resource' shifts.
0700 – 1700 2 Registrar + 1 RMO 0800 – 1800 2 FACEM + 1 Registrar + 1 RMO + 1 Intern 1400 – 2400 2 FACEM + 4 Registrar + 1 RMO + 1 Intern 2230 – 0830 2 Registrar + 1 RMO + 1 Intern + 1 FACEM on call The Location Wagga Wagga is a vibrant regional town located on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River.
