Based from our Yatala Branch, we currently have a Full Time opportunity for an ED Operations Team Leader to join our branch to lead an experienced team for the growth of the department and assist in the operation of our recycling facility. We are looking for a get up and go team leader who will lead by example, strive to get the job done safely, and within the required timeframes.
Role Responsibilities: Supervise the ED operations team to ensure product is processed relevant to service regulations.Interact with clients and their representatives in a professional manner.Assist with organising the maintenance for the specialised mobile and plant equipment.Assist in the processing of incoming jobs at the warehouse.Operate battery powered and compressed air tools.Operate mechanical lifting and loading plant.Maintain reporting documentation and update jobs using ERP software.Ensure pre-starts are performed daily.To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following: Hold a valid Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License or be willing to obtain one.Previous working experience in a similar role.Basic computer literacy skills.Great physical stamina and manual dexterity - need to be physically fit as manual handling is required.Be self-managed, self-motivated, diligent and methodical.Be able to work autonomously and independently.Good organisational and time-management skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Be aligned with our Values of Safe, Smart, Sustainable and Service.What's in it for You?
