Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leadership Position
Sessional Kindergarten hours – Mon – Fri 8am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate $43.11 - $61.00 – Salary options negotiable

As one of our highly valued Early Childhood Teachers and Educational Leaders, you'll support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
With energy, creativity and a passion for education, you'll take a hands-on approach to teaching children 6 weeks to 5 years in a play-based learning environment.
You will champion our innovative 'Listening and Learning together' curriculum approach.
What you'll bring
A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA)
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
Experience in supporting the professional learning and reflective practice of Educators.
Experience in role modelling and scaffolding understanding of how children's learning informs programs and practices.
Experience in working in Leadership Teams and collaborating with Directors and managers.
The ability to facilitate and apply critical and reflective thinking skills.
