Key Responsibilities: Undertake project work aligned with Council's Corporate Plan and economic development strategies Develop and nurture strong networks, partnerships, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders Research, compile, and prepare economic development materials including reports, promotional materials, economic data, articles, and web-based content Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Qualification in Economics, Arts, Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, small businesses, other government levels, and the community Project coordination experience, meeting targets within set timeframes, and ability to work autonomously Proficiency in Adobe Suite and economic modelling tools like REMPLAN Ability to plan and deliver project outcomes within agreed timeframes Current Queensland "C" class driver's licence Why Work for Mackay Regional Council?
